Overall reasonable. One item missing from order. Small and couldn’t be bothered to chase up but still an error. Goods very well packaged but arrived damaged. Disappointing but not fault of supplier.

I’m fuming the roofs off the property. I cannot continue. It’s completely on hold and the correct windows are not even on order yet as apparently customer service CANNOT SERVE ME.

I rang Roofing Superstore on 13th July to check on some roofing tiles for a Summerhouse refurb. I wanted fibreglass tile slates not bitumen or Asphalt & I was assured by the sales team that was what I was ordering so I ordered two packs. Impressively they turned up the next day delivered by DHL. Not so impressively one of the parcels wrapped in cardboard, was soaking wet, coming apart & damaged at one end. Furthermore I examined the contents to find the tiles were the soft Ashphalt / bitumen variety & not what I wanted. I immediately rang Roofing Superstore & explained a) that the packaging was damaged & b) was not what I wanted. I was asked to take photos of the packaging & email these which I did. I got an immediate response by email which promised to resolve the issue. Despite at least 6 further phone calls to customer services & several further emails & despite on several occasions being promised that my order would be collected & a full refund given this has failed to materialise & the packages, one of which I repaired for it's return are still sitting on my porche nearly a week later. I gave Roofing Superstore until close if play today to resolve the issue or I would post this review on Trustpilot but even that it seems is not enough to solicit a response!

Fabulous product, better than expected. The delivery was late though!
